How I Operate

My main focus, of course, is ministry.  But, secondly, I do like to provide good Christian entertainment when events require it.

Secular country music, is the largest listened to genre of music in the world, by far.  So, I like to take the sound that both the lost and the saved like to listen to and use it as a vessel for the Word of God.  Now, unchurched people will get the Word of God, which is the power unto salvation with the sound they love, and church people will get the Word of God, instead of all the wrong messages of the world.

When, I am asked to minister in music at a church, it is important for you to know that I have never charged for ministry, nor have I ever required a love offering.  That is strictly up to the church.  I, normally, come and set up my own PA system depending on what the church has available.  I minister in both song and word by aligning my songs up, like points in a message.  Before I sing each song, I bring to light the message of that song and each song leads to the next point, until we reach the invitation.  I, usually, like to give the invitation myself, so as to not disturb what the Holy Spirit may be doing.  My concerts normally take around 45 minutes, and for this reason, I like to take the whole service, including the song service.  If, there is to be tithes and offerings, I like to do that at the very end, after invitation, so not to break the spirit of things.  In saying that, I will do whatever the pastor thinks is best.  These are merely my suggestions based on experience.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with Christian entertainment and I always want to make myself available for such occasions.  My sound of gospel will go perfectly with outside Christian events like BBQ's, weddings, birthday parties, or just a good ole private family get together.  In such cases as this, there is a variable charge.

I feel a great obligation to promote Christian Country music that not only impacted my life, but has the potential to be the largest form of gospel music in the world.  Contemporary music was greatly shunned when it first hit the market and now look at how it dominates our airwaves and our song services.  The impact on our lives has been tremendous and Christian Country music can have that same impact, because we have the sound that is the most listened to in the world.  Like the beginnings of contemporary music, Christian Country is not known greatly do to the lack of radio to support it.  We don't have radio stations because people are unaware that our type of gospel music exist, and the wheel goes round and round.  Everywhere I go and perform, people are so excited about my sound of gospel and thinking I am the only artist out there.  However, there are hundreds of Christian Country artist just like me.  I am so happy that I had the chance to inspire and help start a full time Internet Radio Station (Hleradio.com) that is now reaching thousands of people from countries all around the world.

Take a listen to my music and pray about how we can work together for the Kingdom's sake.
